How long does setup take?
For teams up to ~25 staff: same week. For larger teams with existing data migration: 2-4 weeks, with guided onboarding.
Can I start with a partial setup?
Yes. Scheduling + Dimona is a valid starting point; connections to your social secretariat or POS system can be activated later without rebuilding the schedule.
What if I'm switching from another tool?
We take the data migration off your hands: staff, contracts, rosters and history. In most cases you're fully operational on Forganiser within 1-2 weeks.
Is there training for my team?
Yes. Onboarding with a live session for the planner and admins; the app is self-service for staff themselves. You get a dedicated contact person for the first weeks.
What does onboarding cost?
Every plan includes a setup fee that covers configuration, data migration and training of your teams. For Starter that's €250 one-time; for Pro the scope scales with your team size (from €1,500 to €10,000); for Pro+ you get a tailored package. For more complex migrations we work out a tailored approach.
Without Forganiser, creating contracts and managing Dimonas would be a full-time job. I just add the person to the schedule and everything happens automatically. Forganiser saves me so much time!
