Yes. Add a screenshot of the error message or the screen where you're stuck to your message — that often saves a back-and-forth where we'd have to ask you to reproduce exactly what you saw.

Pick 'Problem with the app' as the topic — that reaches support and is treated as a priority. Say clearly that it's blocking your day-to-day work; critical system reports take priority over general questions.

On working days during office hours, our support team actively handles requests. Outside those hours, just send us your question — urgent system reports are also picked up in the evening and at the weekend so you're not stuck on Monday morning.
