Employment contracts are built from the schedule for error-free administration. Via the NSSO link you can file Dimonas in one click. And with our app your team records their hours so timesheets are processed smoothly. Got a Lightspeed POS? Then you can clock in and out through the Lightspeed till.
And that's not all. Employment contracts are drawn up automatically and sent to the right person. Through the app they can sign the contract immediately.

The six modules are designed to work together, but you can start with what you need. Many customers begin with Scheduling + Dimona & Contracts and later add Social Secretariat, Time Tracking and Dashboard. Each module has its own price point.
Social secretariats: Partena, Securex, Easypay, SD Worx and several others — timesheets, hours and Dimona filings are transmitted automatically. POS integration: Lightspeed by default for hospitality and retail; for other POS systems, we check per case whether an integration is possible.
Yes. Employees have their own app to see their schedule, clock in and out via QR code, submit their availability, sign contracts digitally and request shift swaps. Planners work from the web app or the employer app — scheduling, approving and following the real-time dashboard on the go.
Yes. One central schedule with per-site and per-team views. Staff can be moved between sites without duplicate contracts. Regional or site managers get access rights to their zone; head office sees the whole picture. Dashboard consolidation is automatic.
Your data stays yours. On cancellation you get a full CSV/Excel export. Personal data is permanently deleted after 90 days. Hosting is EU-based and Forganiser is GDPR-compliant — details in our privacy statement.
Yes. If you're already using a time-tracking system, for example, you can run Forganiser for Scheduling and Social Secretariat and keep your time tracking — clock-ins come in via import. We look at every overlap scenario during the demo so you only pay for what you actually take on.
