The idea for Forganiser was born from a concrete challenge in the temp sector. For years we supplied staff for catering and events, with a database of more than 1,500 students. Scheduling everyone, drawing up contracts and filing Dimonas correctly was a huge task. That's where the need for a smart solution to automate this work grew. In 2017, Forganiser was used for the first time as scheduling and contracting software at a few temp agencies.
A few years later, Wim Van der Borght joined as majority shareholder. Wim had already made his mark as a marketing manager at Coca-Cola and as a board member of the field-marketing agency Bananas. After leaving Bananas, he took over the hospitality group Shrimptempura and grew it into one of the largest restaurant groups in Antwerp. Forganiser became this group's operational software and grew alongside it into the complete HR tool it is today.
Forganiser was born in practice and grew from the needs of business owners. Our roots are in flexible work, the temp sector and hospitality. That background is why we really understand our customers' challenges. Flexible work is in our DNA — and you feel it in everything we do.
Working with partners like Securex and Partena helped shape Forganiser into what it is today. Thanks to those close partnerships with social secretariats, we grew from a niche solution into a complete front-end tool for any sector where workforce flexibility matters.
Co-creation with our partners taught us how to refine our software, develop new features and match HR managers' reality better each time. Their expertise in payroll and regulation, combined with our focus on user-friendly technology, means Forganiser not only automates smartly but slots seamlessly into companies' existing processes.
