A social secretariat takes over the complex payroll and HR administration for you, so you don't lose time on legal formalities. They make sure salaries, NSSO contributions and filings always happen correctly and on time under Belgian regulations.
Software packages
Forganiser has a set of integrations that make an HR manager's life easier. POS systems, rosters, time tracking, accounting: everything exchanges data without a manual step in between.
Temp agencies
A temp agency helps you quickly find the right staff and takes over the full administrative and legal handling. That way you have flexible staff without having to deal with contracts, Dimonas or payroll yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Does Forganiser work with my social secretariat?
Probably yes. Partena, Securex, Easypay and SD Worx are the standard integrations; other secretariats are supported via file exchange and looked at per case. Mention your secretariat during the demo and we'll show you concretely how timesheets, hours and Dimona filings flow through.
Can Forganiser connect to my existing POS or other HR software?
Lightspeed is the standard POS integration for hospitality and retail; for other POS systems and HR tools we check per case whether there's an existing integration or an export/import flow can be used. In most cases no IT project is needed — the setup happens in Forganiser itself.
How is my data shared with a partner?
Only the data the partner actually needs is exchanged. A social secretariat receives timesheets, hours and Dimona; a POS receives no personal data — only the aggregation needed to compare revenue and labour cost. The full list per integration is in our privacy statement.
I'm a software vendor or temp agency myself — can I become a partner?
Yes. We're actively developing new integrations with POS systems, social secretariats, temp agencies and HR software. The approach depends on your situation (existing API, number of shared customers, complexity) — request an exploratory call through the contact form and we'll look together at what a partnership brings your customers.
Who manages the integration — Forganiser or the partner?
By default Forganiser handles setting up and maintaining the integration. If the partner changes something on their side (new format, API update), we keep our integration in sync without you needing an IT person. For the commercial side (contract with your secretariat or POS), you keep dealing with the partner directly.
