Can I migrate from Protime, SD Worx, Officient or Shyfter?
Yes. We take the data migration off your hands: staff, contracts, rosters and history. In most cases you're fully operational on Forganiser within 1 to 2 weeks.
Do I have to switch social secretariat if I move to Forganiser?
No. Forganiser integrates with Partena, Securex, Easypay, SD Worx and more — you stay with your current secretariat and we make sure the data flow works. The switch is a tool choice, not a payroll choice.
What happens to my existing Dimona history?
Your Dimona history stays with the NSSO — it's a central database, not tool-specific data. Forganiser starts with a clean slate from the cutover day, and all new filings go through us to the NSSO.
How long does the switch take?
For teams up to 25 staff: within the same week. For larger teams with data migration and multiple sites: 2 to 4 weeks, with a dedicated contact person guiding you through.
Is Forganiser 100% Belgian?
Yes. The company is Belgian, the product is developed in Belgium, and the compliance layer (Dimona, social secretariat, flexi-jobs, sector CBAs) is built around Belgian regulation from day one. Support runs in Dutch, French and English by people who know the legislation.
